Whale Watching Sea Safari

Whale Watching Sea Safari 2017-05-03T16:29:09+00:00

Project Description

In the period from November until March big groups of orcas, humpbacks and fin whales follow the herring into Andfjord. This gives us the opportunity to experience these big animals up close.

Before going to sea you will attend a short presentation about the sea-life and safety. After the trip you will be offered home made soup and bread, coffee and tea as be given the opportunity to learn more about the species you have encountered on the trip. The experienced and dedicated crew will explain information before, during and after the trip. There is a specific code of conduct when they approach whales which they always adhere to.

These trips are weather dependent and if the trip is not possible then alternative options can be arranged.
